Richard Drake is Senior Lecturer at The University of Manchester Institute of Brain, Behaviour & Mental Health and an Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist in Rehabilitation at Manchester Mental Health & Social Care NHS Trust. He will be talking about his research, practice, and on-going involvement with the
Schizophrenia Commission. Q&A session will follow.

Free entry, though voluntary donations towards our group running costs will be welcomed.

Our meeting this Weds 11th March

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday 11th March starting at 6pm for tea, coffee and biccies, and ending at 8pm. Lauren Bate, our Rethink link, will be coming along to our group this Wednesday. We want you to tell us what you get out of the group and what would you like to see more of. If you are travelling by public transport, Manchester Carers Centre is directly across the road from the New Islington Metrolink stop (Droylsden Line). This Friday at 11am our Group Chair, Lindsey Cree, is being interviewed on BBC Radio M/c, 95.1 FM by Heather Stott. Lindsey will be talking about carers of those with a mental illness. Do tune in if you can. Good luck Lindsey we know you'll be great!
