Would you like to find out more about personal budgets in mental health? Then come along to our meeting next Wednesday 10th April from 6 – 7.45pm at Manchester Carers Centre . James Gibbs from Creative Support , a service provider for people living with mental health and other needs, will talk about what personalisation in mental health means. He will also introduce support service being developed by Creative Support for people in receipt of personalised funding (individual budgets, personal budgets, direct payments etc). They are researching what is happening in Manchester in terms of budgets, support available and the potential for Creative Support to provide services. As usual we'll start the meeting with a cup of tea, snacks and a general catch up. New members are always welcome.
